# Meter

Users need to install meters or CTs on the energy storage side and the grid-connected side.

# Device List

Tapping Meter, you'll see all meters under the EMS and the basic information about each meter.

# Device Details

Tap a meter to enter the details page of the meter and view the basic meter information and meter analysis data.

Here is a description of the meter details page:

Serial Number Name Description
a Basic device information Displays the device status, device model, device SN, and device image.
b Data refresh setting You can view the last data refresh time and set the refresh interval for the page. Three options: 1 minute, 3 minutes, and 5 minutes.
c Meter analysis Set power parameters and time dimensions to generate analysis charts, to judge the operation of the system on a certain day.
  1. Set a parameter: Select Current.
  2. Set the time dimensions: Date/Month/Year.

# Device Maintenance

In the meter list, select a single meter and tap Maintain to enter the meter maintenance page.

At the Maintain page, you can:

  • view the device status, device model, and device SN.
  • check the registration number of the EMS to which the device is connected.
  • view the meter type.
  • check the online time of the meter.
  • detect the meter (only for the grid-connected-side meter, not for the energy-storage-side meter). Tapping to enter it, you can check the meter and CT connection status. It takes about 2 minutes. If there is no problem, it will display Normal.
