Service includes: Device debug, Common services, and Help center.

# Device Debug

Live data supports a device to refresh data every 10s. By setting the search conditions, you can get to know whether a device support the live data function.

For devices that not support the live data, it may be caused by the following reasons:

  • Pocket type supported, but firmware version not supported: Contact your distributor or installer to upgrade the firmware.

  • Pocket type not supported: Consult your distributor or installer about the proper dongle type to purchase one.

  • Micro inverter and Datahub do not support the function.

[Note] When you have switched away from the dynamic energy flow diagram or closed the live data function for 15 minutes, the device data will stop reporting.

# Common Services

# Tariff template

Create template：

Tap mixureSecure in the upper right corner of the Tariff Template page, to create a tariff template:

  1. Select the currency unit according to your situations.
  2. Select the template type. Here take Import template as an example.
  3. Add template name and other information.
  4. Select the tariff setting type: TOU or fixed tariff. Here take TOU as an example. Tap the time end column of Period 1, to divide one day (24h) into different time periods. The minimum period is 15 minutes. Define each period according to the grid electricity usage and set the corresponding price.
  5. Click Save, to complete template creation.

View, Edit, & Delete Template：

On the Tariff Template page, select one from the already created templates. Tap it to enter its detail page. You can view the template name and tariff setting type.

mixureSecure

Tap mixureSecure at the upper right corner, to select Edit from the drop-down menu. You can modify the template name, template type, template description, tariff setting type, and price.

Tap mixureSecure at the upper right corner, to select Delete from the drop-down menu. You can delete the template directly. If the current template has been applied to a plant, it cannot be deleted.

# Notification Settings

You can set what notifications you want to receive and your receiving email box.
