Service includes 3 parts: "Support", "Notification settings", and "Third-party ecosystem".
# Support
At Support, you can get access to: text or video operation instructions, FAQs, suggestions or problems feedback entrance, and RMA claim.

It should be specially noted that, RMA Claim is for installers/agents to return or exchange goods. If you have a return or exchange intention, click the button shown in the image, to create a request. After that, the request will wait to be approved by the system. If approved, the request will be pushed to the CRM system and return/exchange goods starts to be executed. Meanwhile, the execution progress will be updated on this platform. You can track the progress through your device SN.

# Notification Settings
For residential and C&I plants which needs your special attention, notification settings enables you to grasp their latest data at any time. You can set "recipient email box (≤8)", "plants that you are concerned", “language” and “content preferences”.
# Third-party Ecosystem
Users can access SolaXCloud via API, to acquire the real-time data, historical data, and warning messages of the authorized inverters. For the method, see SolaX API Interface.
