Messages

Messages are divided into general messages and alarm messages. General messages are messages, like plant authorization application, plant authorization cancellation notification, sent by the platform. Alarm messages are triggered by device faults and need your special attention. According to the plant name, error code, device type, device SN, occurrence time, and alarm level, you can do as follows:

• Judge the severity of a fault.

• Find the device where a fault occurs.

• Analyze to find the root cause.

• Take right measures to remove the fault.
