# General application

  • Device upgrade: You can upgrade a device remotely after filtering it out from devices by specified conditions.

  • Warranty: You can perform unified management on user warranty applications. There are 3 states for warranty: Pending review, Pending upgraded, and Active.

# Application for residential users

  • Device binding: Bind a device with your account, to manage it remotely.

  • After-sales: You can determine whether to provide after-sales services by searching for a device. If not finding a device in the system, you can reject to provide after-sales service.

# Application for C&I users

  • Operation logs: Through it, you can track historical operations in the plant, to ensure the data security. Also can identify, locate and solve problems quickly when a plant or device fails.

  • Battery analysis: You can learn about the overall performance of battery by viewing statistical data. Besides, it also helps you to locate a specific battery unit when a battery warning pops up, to provide a more high-quality service.
