Account Sign-up

Before signing up, you should contact your superior channel (if any) to confirm whether it has already had an account at the SolaXCloud website.

• If yes, let your superior channel add an account for you. Of course, you can also choose to sign up one yourself.

• If not, sign up an account yourself.

Here are account sign-up steps:

1. At the bottom of the login page, click Sign up.

2. Select your country or region. The system will automatically fill in your server according to the geographical location you selected.

[!Note] The server cannot be modified once you signed up successfully! Please remember this server for each login in future.

3. Select Installer/Distributor as your user role.

4. Select a proper sign-up method and complete account information, tick to agree on Privacy Policy and User Terms, and finally tap the Sign up button, to complete account registration.

5. Activate the account. After you signed up successfully, we will contact you in 24h, to complete the final confirmation. But if your device's registration number is brand new or its registration time is less than 1 month, you can enter the registration number, to complete account activation.
