You can search for a warranty by one or more of the following：

  • Device type: Support inverter and EV charger currently.

  • Registration number：Registration number on the device.

    • Inverter: Actually, it is the registration number of Pocket Dongle, which is an accessory of the inverter. It can be found on the body of Pocket Dongle.

    • EV charger: The registration number can be found at the body of EV charger.

  • Model：It can be found on the packing of device. If you are not sure, please contact us.

  • Site name: The name of the plant to which the device is added.

  • User name：The user account when you add the device.

  • Country/Region: The location you set when you create a plant.

  • Approval status：Includes Pending review, Pending upgraded, and Active. If a warranty is in Active state, you can download it.

  • Device SN: It can be found on the performance label on the device.
